This is a fabulous breakfast or brunch casserole sure to please everyone. It's very tasty, very wholesome and very inexpensive. It goes a lot way, so plenty for all. Enjoy Ingredients:
8 ounces refrigerated buttermilk biscuits |
24 ounces frozen egg substitute thawed |
7 ounces canadian bacon chopped |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Arrange biscuits in a rectangular baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients then pour over biscuits. 3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. |
