This is a great brunch recipe....fix it for your Holiday company...Compliments from L & T magazine.. Ingredients:
2 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (4 oz each) |
3 cartons (8 oz each) frozen egg substitute, thawed |
7 ounces canadian bacon, chopped |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Arrange biscuits in a 13 x 9 x 2 in baking dish coated with cooking spray. 2. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. 3. Pour over biscuits. 4. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. |
