Adapted from The Master Chef's Outdoor Grill Cookbook. Cook time is chilling time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
12 fresh mint leaves, crushed |
2 garlic cloves, split |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
1 teaspoon rosemary |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Refrigerate at least 8 hours, or overnight. 3. Remove garlic and mint leaves. 4. Use as a basting sauce for grilled lamb. |
