This 2-ingredient treat is better than the sum of its parts. Depending on the beverage used for these Sparkling Sorbet Floats, this works for adults and kids too. You can make your own carbonated fruit juice simply by combining your favorite juice (cranberry or orange is really tasty) with club soda. Sugar free ingredients work great!
Ingredients:
2 scoops sorbet (any fruit flavor)
chilled champagne or carbonated fruit juice
Directions:
1. Place two melon-ball-sized scoops of fruit sorbet in the bottom of a cordial or shot glass.
2. Fill glass with chilled champagne or carbonated fruit juice.
