A Donna Hay spring recipe perfect for a ladies luncheon. Ingredients:
150 g raspberries, fresh |
1 cup sparkling wine, pink |
1 papaya, peeled, quartered, seeds removed |
4 scoops lemon sorbet, store bought |
Directions:
1. Combine berries and wine in bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. 3. When ready serve with papaya and a scoop of sorbet. |
