This recipe goes with Spicy Lime Chicken With Spanish-Style Rice Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water |
1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, undrained |
3/4 cup chunky salsa |
1 (8-ounce) package black beans and rice mix (such as vigo) |
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add black beans and rice mix, stir well. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed. Stir in cilantro. |
