Spanish Style Lemon Chicken  |

                    This is a family recipe that is my friends favorite, very easy to make. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 lbs chicken thighs  |  
                                                1/2 cup lemon juice  |  
                                                3 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                1/4 cup chicken broth  |  
                                                2 tablespoons paprika  |  
                                                salt and pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a blender, blend all ingredients. 2. Marinate the chicken for at least 6 hours. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. 4. Lower the heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake until chicken is done, approximately 30 minutes.                              |
