2 lbs beef liver |
4 slices bacon, cut in half |
1/2 cup sliced carrot |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
1 small onion, sliced |
1 (1 lb) can stewed tomatoes |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 small bay leaf |
Directions:
1. Place liver in the crock pot, lay bacon slices on top. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. |
