An easy soup from Spain. Ingredients:
3/4 cup cooked ham, diced |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 dash saffron or 1 dash turmeric |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
10 1/2 ounces condensed french onion soup |
11 ounces tomato rice soup |
16 ounces water |
1 lb shrimp |
1 cup frozen peas |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 egg, hard boiled, chopped |
Directions:
1. Brown ham in oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add paprika and saffron. Add remaining ingredients, except egg, and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with egg. |
