Spanish Skillet Supper

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb chicken breast (boneless,skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces)
2 cups hot water
4 1/2 ounces rice and sauce mix (spanish)
2 cups green peas, frozen
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
2. Add hot water, rice and sauce mix; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low heat; immer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
3. Sti in green peas; increase heat to medium-high. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until peas and ice are tender.
4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
