This is from the 2003 Chrisco calender. Ingredients:
500 g ground beef |
1/2 cup cheese, finely grated |
3/4 cup white rice |
400 g tomatoes |
1/2 cup tomato soup |
1 (45 g) packet onion soup mix |
1 1/2 cups water |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In a frypan or large saucepan fry beef, stirring until meat breaks up and loses it's redness. 2. Stir in the onion soup mix, water, rice, tomatoes, sauce, salt, and pepper. 3. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes stirring occasionally. 4. Top with cheese just beffore serving. |
