salt free, flavor-full Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp (shelled deveined) |
1 tablespoon mrs. dash seasoning mix |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
2 teaspoons garlic (minced) |
1/2 cup spanish onion (thinly sliced) |
1/2 cup red onion (thinly sliced) |
3 large tomatoes (chopped) |
1 tablespoon mrs dash's extra spicy seasoning |
Directions:
1. Dry Shrimp with paper towel and sprinkle w/ Mrs Dash original blend. 2. Add butter to large skillet, heat to bubbling, add garlic and Shrimp & saute for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. 3. Remove shrimp and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add cooking oil, and ssaute onions until tender. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, and season with Mrs Dash extra spicy to taste. 6. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally 3-5 minutes. 7. Add shrimp & heat 1 minute. 8. Serve over rice garnished with fresh lemon slices. |
