My uncle is Mexican-American and his wife German. She covers everything in tomatoes, so here is a recipe from what I have eaten at their house. From hot dogs, hamburger, ribs, etc. It is good, although she went to his side to please him using Rotel sauce. Ingredients:
1 lb hot dogs or 1 lb sausage or 1 lb rib, etc |
2 (10 ounce) cans rotel |
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut |
Directions:
1. Put cooked meat (hot dogs, ribs, pork, beef) in casserole pan. 2. Top with sauerkraut. 3. Top with Rotel. 4. Heat 20 minutes at 400°F or till real hot. |
