Ingredients:
3 medium onions, chopped |
1 small green pepper, chopped |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped |
1 cup cooked green peas |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
dash of red pepper |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and green pepper in oil in a large skillet; add tomatoes, peas, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated. Serve sauce hot over baked, fried, or broiled fish. |
