Can't vouch for the authenticity since I've never been to Spain, but this is very good. Ingredients:
1 (750 ml) bottle spanish red wine |
1/4 cup cognac |
1/4 cup orange curacao |
1/4 cup simple syrup (made with 1 part water, 1 part sugar) |
2 oranges, cut into half-wheels |
2 peaches, cut into cubes |
2 lemons, cut into half-wheels |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a large glass or ceramic container and stir well. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 3. Serve over ice in rocks glasses; garnish with additional fruit, if desired. |
