This is great on a hot day. Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh watercress |
4 cups baby spinach |
2 endives |
1 apple, cored and sliced |
1 cantaloupe, balled |
2 tablespoons vinegar (tarragon is best) |
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 pinch sugar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix salad ingredients together. 2. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. |
