Spanish Rice In Crock Pot |

Easy, spicy and hearty. Serve with a nice hunk of bread for a filling Winter meal. Ingredients:
1 lb rolled sausage |
1 medium onion, chopped fine |
1 green pepper, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine |
1 28 oz can diced tomotoes |
1 4oz can tomato sauce |
1 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 tsp chili powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp worcestershire sauce |
1 cup rice - uncooked |
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in skillet and drain off fat 2. Pul all ingredients in crock pot and stir thoroughly 3. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 3 hours 4. Serve from pot adding cheddar cheese on top of each serving. |
