Ingredients:
1 can(s) diced tomatoes |
ground cumino |
onion (diced) |
pepper |
salt |
1 can(s) tomato sauce |
1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil |
2 cup(s) water |
1 cup(s) white rice |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a medium sauce pan. Add rice, seasonings and onion and cook in oil until rice is slightly brown. Add water, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes and mix together. Cover with lid and DO NOT stir. Let cook until rice starts to 'pop' and is tender. |
