Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 -3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 tablespoon oil
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, heat oil and saute rice, onion and bell peppers.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.
4. Simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
