I've had this recipe for awhile. It is very easy to make. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
2/3 cup rice |
salt |
black pepper |
3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients 2. and pour into casserole. 3. Bake 350* oven for 1 hour, check to see if done, may take a little longer. 4. Stir occasionally. |
