First effort at Spanish rice using brown rice Ingredients:
1 cup rice, brown uncooked |
2 cups water |
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, diced, canned, with liquid |
1/2 onion, diced |
1 tsp garlic salt |
1 tbsp butter |
Directions:
1. Cook the rice in the water, adding the tomatoes, salt, oil or butter and onion to the cooking water. |
