Spanish Noodles and Ground Beef |

One pot meal my family enjoys. This is a very versitale recipe. You can use any kind of noodles or cheese that you like. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 small green pepper, chopped |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup chili sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 -2 cup of shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook beef, green pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink and drain. 2. Stir in the noodles, tomatoes, water, chili sauce, salt and pepper. 3. Cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the noodles are tender. 4. Top with bacon and cheese. |
