Can also use ground beef. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground veal, lean |
1 cup long grain rice |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp garlic, ground |
10 3/4 oz tomato soup |
1 1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into 18 balls; place in 2 quart casserole. Blend soup and water; pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
