Spanish Hot Chocolate

Made from scratch, great for chilly winter nights. I LOVE this recipe, I've been making it for years. Sometimes we add some Bailey's for the adults.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
7 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water
4 cups milk
Directions:
1. Blend the sugar and cocoa together. In a medium sized saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Add the cocoa and sugar and stir until a smooth paste is made.
2. Over medium heat, add the milk a little at a time while whisking.
3. Simmer the chocolate for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot.
