This is a dish I like to cook during cold weather camping, its warming ,filling, and full of calories for energy. Ingredients:
2 cans spam |
1 box instant white rice |
Directions:
1. First off, you need to dice all the spam into 1/8-1/4 inch cubes,once done set aside. 2. Make all the the rice in the box using the directions on the box. 3. Combine both in a pan hot enough to cook the rice and spam 'till golden brown. The frying will probably have to be done in installments. You don't need to use fat or oil due to the fat in the spam but if it start burning you may want to use some Pam or something. 4. The cooking and prep times may be wrong because at the time I was cooking outside. |
