Spaghettini with Italian Green Sauce |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1 tablespoon chopped green onions |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon minced capers |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
dash of salt |
2 ounces spaghettini, uncooked |
2 tablespoons freshly grated asiago cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Set aside. 2. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Place pasta in a serving bowl. Add parsley mixture, and toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve warm. |
