Spaghetti With Walnuts and Parmesan

Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
2. Heat oil in a small skillet, saute garlic one minute.
3. Add walnuts, saute 2 minutes.
4. Toss walnuts, spaghetti, cheese and parsley together. Serve.
