Spaghetti With Olive Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup mixed olive
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon anchovy, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper
12 ounces spaghetti or 12 ounces bucatini pasta
Directions:
1. Combine oil, olives, red onion, anchoves, parsley, garlic, orange zest, oregano and salt and pepper.
2. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain and toss with sauce.
