1/4 cup olive oil |
2/3 cup mixed olive |
1/4 cup chopped red onion |
1 tablespoon anchovy, minced |
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
salt and pepper |
12 ounces spaghetti or 12 ounces bucatini pasta |
Directions:
1. Combine oil, olives, red onion, anchoves, parsley, garlic, orange zest, oregano and salt and pepper. 2. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain and toss with sauce. |
