Spaghetti With Ham and Eggs |

From H. Bauer via Sally Grosserode; very simple; has 'very good' written on card. Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 lb ham, cooked, diced |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons cream |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Cook spagetti. 2. Melt butter in skillet; add ham. 3. Drain spagetti; add to ham mixture. 4. Add the beaten eggs IMMEDIATELY; the heat from the spagetti will cook the eggs. 5. Add cream and Parmesan cheese; toss. 6. Put lid on skillet; let set for 5 minutes to fully cook the eggs. |
