Havent made this one yet but I will soon. This sounds delicious. I am not sure about the serving size on this one so I am going to guess 2? I hope that I am close. Ingredients:
3/4 lb spaghetti |
1/2 cup virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon crushed hot pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley |
2 tablespoons grated romano cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti and drain. 2. Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet along with the garlic, hot pepper flakes and salt. 3. When the garlic just starts to change color add the chicken broth. 4. Cook the broth for about 5 minutes, or until it is reduced by half. 5. Stir in the cooked spaghetti, parsley and cheese. 6. Toss the spaghetti until thoroughly coated. 7. Serve hot or cold. |
