My kids loved this dish, and when they married some of their wives began making it. I don't remember where I got the recipe, only that I've made it for years. Ingredients:
16 ounces spaghetti |
1/4 cup olive oil (less if needed) |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
4 1/4 ounces black olives, chopped |
12 ounces tuna, drained |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
4 ounces pimientos, chopped |
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, and drain. 2. Add olive oil,salt, pepper,and stir til coated. 3. add olives,onion,pimentos,Swiss cheese, and the tuna, and Toss. |
