Squash, Winter, Spaghetti - Raw Ingredients:
4 ounces spaghetti squash |
1/4 scallion |
1/4 tsp parmesan cheese |
1/4 tsp fresh garlic |
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. microwave squash for 20 minutes 2. fork shred and add to serving bowl 3. cook olive oil and garlic 4. add fresh scallion and parmesan cheese 5. Each serving is 4 ounces |
