Delicious all veggie spaghetti. Ingredients:
8 cups spaghetti squash, baked |
15 oz tomato, canned, petite diced |
1/2 large onion |
1 large red pepper |
1 tbsp garlic, chopped |
6 oz mushrooms, chopped |
1 tbsp olive oil |
10 leaves basil, fresh |
1/4 cup parsley, fresh |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in pan and cook onion, red pepper, mushrooms and garlic until soft. Add spaghetti squash and tomatos and cook until warm. Add with chopped basil & parsley. Can add parmesan, mozzerella, provolone, etc. cheese to top (not included in recipe analyis). |
