SPAGHETTI SQUASH APPLE CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wilkins Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
3 pounds spaghetti squash pared seeded and cut into 1” pieces |
1-1/2 cups apples peeled and sliced |
1/4 cup butter |
4 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place squash and apples in casserole dish. 2. Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice. 3. Drizzle over squash and apples then cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
