Spaghetti Slaw

This is a different kind of slaw but has a great flavor. It was my grandmothers recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. cabbage, shredded
2 cups spaghetti, cooked, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, choppd
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 tblesp. sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 tblesp. white wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, add sugar, milk and white wine vinegar to the
3. mayonnaise.
4. Blend together. Pour over cabbage mixture and gently toss.
5. Chill before serving.
