Tasty Italian spaghetti dish. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 clove crushed garlic |
1 can chopped tomato |
1 chopped anchovy fillet |
1 teaspoon capers |
25 g black pitted olives |
1 tablespoon basil leaves |
1/2 lb spaghetti |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and add garlic. 2. Cook gently. 3. Add tomatoes, anchovy, capers and olives. 4. Simmer. 5. Stir in basil. 6. Season. 7. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water whilst sauce is simmering. 8. Drain and serve. |
