Homemade Spaghetti Sauce with lean ground beef, ground Italian Sausage, with Onions, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Zucchini & Eggplant. Aromatically seasoned. Ingredients:
6 lbs. ground beef, lean |
1 lb. italian pork sausage |
2 chopped onions |
2 chopped bell pepper |
3 cups chopped zucchini |
3 cups chopped eggplant |
45 oz. stewed tomatoes |
12 oz. tomato paste |
52 oz. tomato sauce |
16 oz. mushrooms |
4 cup,+diced celery |
10 garlic cloves |
2 tbsp dehydrated onion |
1 tsp dry oregano |
1 tsp dry parsley |
1 tsp dry rosemary |
1 tsp dry thyme |
1 tsp dry basil |
1 tsp marjoram |
2 tbsp beef bouillon |
1 tbsp black pepper |
117 g spaghetti sauce mix |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef & Italian Sausage in very large stainless steel pot. 2. Add seasonings, garlic and onion. 3. When onions clear add chopped celery, eggplant & zucchini. Heat thoroughly, veggies will be crisp. 4. Add mushrooms and remainder of ingredients. 5. Bring to soft bubbling (about 190?) 6. Immediately remove from heat and cover. 7. Serve over cooked Thin Spaghetti. 8. Serve with garlic bread or bread sticks. |
