Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) basil |
2 bay leaves |
3 clove(s) garlic, minced |
1/2 pound(s) ground beef |
1/2 pound(s) ground pork |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 onion, diced |
2 teaspoon(s) oregano |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 can(s) stewed tomatoes, pureed |
1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
2 can(s) tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook meat until done. Drain fat. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add to tomatoes in large stock pot. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes to 2 hours. 2. Serve over cooked pasta of your choice. |
