Nice and easy Spaghetti Sauce Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
1 medium onion |
1 medium zucchini |
1 tablespoon basil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon sugar |
4 garlic cloves |
2 bay leaves |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat Oil in Wok. 2. Fry Garlic and Onions until Translucent. 3. Add Basil, Oregano, Cayenne, Bay Leaves. 4. Add Zucchini and fry for another 5 Minutes. 5. Add Diced Tomatoes, and sugar, heat til it boils. 6. Cook on low for two hours. 7. Cook uncovered for thicker sauce. |
