This is a family favorite at my house. I like to make it during the holidays because it makes enough for a crowd. My mother-in-law and step daughter request I make this every Thanksgiving. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box spaghetti |
16 ounces cubed ham |
16 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 large bell peppers, chopped |
2 -3 tomatoes, chopped |
16 ounces mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package. When ready, drain and rinse spaghetti in cold water until spaghetti is no longer warm. Drain spaghetti again making sure to drain as much water out as possible. 2. Combine the spaghetti with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. (You may use more of less of the mayonnaise according to your taste) 3. Store in refrigerator for at least 8 hours before serving. |
