Very simple and easy. Adapted from the Woman's Day Encyclopedia of Cookery.
Ingredients:
8 ounces spaghetti
1 garlic clove, minced
water (for cooking)
1/4 cup butter (or olive oil)
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, but add the garlic to the cooking water.
2. Drain.
3. Add butter or oil and cheese and toss to combine.
