                                                2 (10 ounce) cans spaghetti, rings  |  
                                                1 lb sweet italian sausage  |  
                                                1 grated carrot  |  
                                                1 small onion, diced  |  
                                                1 stalk celery, diced  |  
                                                1 tablespoon goya adobo seasoning  |  
                                                1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley  |  
                                                1 cup italian blend shredded cheese  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a skillet brown onion, carrot, celery and sausage. 2. add everything else and simmer 15 minutes.                              |
