Spaghetti casserole with ham, mushrooms, and black olives.
Ingredients:
7 ounces thin spaghetti
1 slice ham, cubed
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup sliced black olives
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Boil spaghetti until done.
2. Cook onion in butter until softened.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
4. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
