Use that left over pasta from last night in a great filling breakfast. Quick and easy to make! Ingredients:
'3 cups cooked cold spaghetti |
1 large egg (or two small ones) |
1 rasher of bacon shredded (fat removed) |
1 very small clove of garlic crushed |
1 pinch of mixed herbs |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Shred bacon and fry until just cooked 2. Cut cold spaghetti into 1 inch pieces 3. mix bacon and pasta 4. crack egg into pasta and mix 5. add mixed herbs & salt and pepper 6. Warm frying pan and grease with olive oil 7. Pour mixture in and pat down, leave until bottom is cooked then flip and repeat. 8. Serve with a nice brewed coffee! |
