it's delicious! Ingredients:
10 ounces whole wheat spaghetti |
1 lb extra lean ground beef |
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese |
1 medium green bell pepper |
1/2 medium onion |
1/8 cup skim milk |
26 ounces tomato sauce |
1/8 cup olive oil |
2 ounces french's french fried onions |
Directions:
1. cook spaghetti until al dente. 2. brown ground beef and add sauce. 3. sautee bell pepper and onions, then add cream cheese and milk and stir. 4. combine all ingredients and top with onion rings. enjoy! 5. optional - cook in oven to set ; may add shredded cheese. |
