Ingredients:
1/2 of a (7oz) package,thin spaghett,cooked,drainded,and rinsed with cold water.
2 cups all-purpoce flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese(fresh is best)
1 package dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1-1/2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl,combine first 9 ingredients.
2. In a medium bow,whisk together water and oil.
3. Gradually add oil micture to dry ingredients.
4. Knead until a soft dough forms.
5. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 5 minutes or until dough becomes elastic and plaiable.
6. Place dough in a greased bowl,grease to of dough.
7. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or untildoubled in size
8. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and punch down.
9. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 5x9 loaf pan.
10. Grease top of dough.
11. Cover and let rise in a warm place about a hour or until double in size.
12. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven.
13. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped.
14. Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
15. Store in an airtight container.
16. makes 1 loaf
