spaghetti with a beef and tomato sauce Ingredients:
10 ounces beef mince, lean |
4 ounces onion |
3 ounces mushroom |
3 ounces capsicum |
1 ounce garlic |
1 teaspoon fresh chili |
6 ounces tomato |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
3 cups beef stock |
10 ounces spaghetti, dry |
Directions:
1. cook spaghetti pasta 2. dice then fry onion, mushroom, capsicum, garlic and chili until tender 3. add mince and brown 4. add tomatoes, tomato paste and stock and simmer until cooked and thickened 5. serve over pasta |
