spaghetti and meatballs Ingredients:
175 g spaghetti, cooked |
390 g spaghetti sauce |
150 g ground pork |
1 medium potato, grated |
2 stalks green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine pork, potato and green onions for meatballs. Season with 1-1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized rock salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix thoroughly. Form each tablespoon of mixture into balls. Fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside. 2. In a saucepan, simmer meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce for about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked Spaghetti. Top with grated cheese if desired. |
