Spaghetti and Cheese Pies |

Sounds strange but are a top recipe from my kneck of the wood Ingredients:
8 slices toast ed white bread, crusts removed |
2 tablespoons butter, for spreading |
420 g spaghetti, prefrably wattie's |
8 slices mainland tasty cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread one side of each bread slice with butter and place buttered side down in 8 muffin tins. 2. Bake at 180ÂșC until the bread cases are crispy. 3. Line each case with a Mainland Tasty Cheese Slice and fill with Spaghetti (if your in new zealand, Wattie's is the best). 4. Return to the oven for 15 minutes until the spaghetti is hot and the cheese has melted 5. Garnish if wished with chopped herbs or a little Mainland grated cheese. |
