8 ounces uncooked spaghetti |
1 cup chopped ham |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions: omit salt and fat. 2. Drain pasta in a colander over o bowl reserving 1/2 cup liquid. 3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high. 4. Add the ham and cook for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 5. Add the pasta and stir well. 6. Combine the cheese through garlic stirring with a whisk. 7. Pour egg mixture over pasta and stir well. 8. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens stirring constantly-do not boil. 9. Sprinkle with pepper. |
